The RARe data portal allows a to search across the catalogs and associated data of the biological ressource centers partners of the french RARe research infrastructure. These data are held in distinct databases. The biological resources the can be search through the RARe data portal are associated to domestic animals, wild species related to domestic animals, model or cultivated plants, forest trees, micro-organisms of agronomic or agri-food interest, micro-organisms and environmental organisms.
