The map of diversity shows all the sites and actors that use the ProSpecieRara label in Switzerland and want to be published (289). By choosing a site you will get a portrait of the site. The map differentiates between privat collection holders, sites that can be visited by the broad public, farmers with rare breeds, all kind of producers that offer products of endangered breeds or varieties as well as gastronomist that offer dishes with rare breeds and traditional varieties.
